Are your translations accepted by European embassies in Turkey?
Most European embassies, consulates and visa centres in Turkey accept notarised sworn translations, and with an apostille the document is recognised across the EU. We check the requirements of the authority you're applying to before we start.
Do I need an apostille on every document?
Not always. An apostille is usually required for official documents used inside the European country (marriage, birth, criminal record, diplomas). For visa files a sworn translation alone may be enough for some documents — we'll tell you exactly for your case.
What's the right order: apostille first or translation first?
It depends on the country and authority: some want the apostille on the original and then a translation, others want a certified translation with the apostille on top. Getting this right is exactly what we do, so your file isn't rejected.
Some authorities in Europe require their own sworn translator. What then?
That's right — some bodies in Europe (certain courts and civil registry offices) require a translator sworn in their own country. In that case we tell you upfront and prepare the original with the apostille in the correct form.
How long does it take?
Sworn translation with notary is usually ready the same day or within 24 hours. The apostille depends on the issuing authority — we give you an exact date before we start.
Can I do everything from outside Istanbul?
In most cases, yes: send the documents on WhatsApp, we send you a draft to review, then you collect the file from our office or receive it by courier within Turkey.
